C1100 pure copper characteristics and scope of application: C1100 2 copper has the good conductive, thermal conductivity, corrosion resistant and processing properties, can be welding and brazing. Containing lower conductive, thermal conductivity less impurities, trace oxygen on conductive, thermal conductivity and processing performance impact is not big, but easy to cause disease "hydrogen", should not be in the high temperature processing (e.g., > 370 ℃) reducing atmosphere, annealing, welding, etc.) and use.
C1100纯铜特性及适用范围：C1100二号铜 有良好的导电、导热、耐蚀和加工性能,可以焊接和钎焊。含降低导电、导热性杂质较少,微量的氧对导电、导热和加工等性能影响不大，但易引起“氢病”，不宜在高温（如＞370℃）还原性气氛中加工（退火、焊接等）和使用。

铅 Pb：≤0.005
镍 Ni：≤0.005
铁 Fe：≤0.005
铍 Sb ：≤0.002
硫 S ：≤0.005

铋 Bi：≤0.001
氧 O：≤0.06
注：≤0.1(杂质)
C1100铜材力学性能：
抗拉强度 σb (MPa)：≥275
伸长率 δ10 (％)：≥5
伸长率 δ5 (％)：≥10
注 ：棒材的纵向室温拉伸力学性能
试样尺寸：直径或对边距离5～40
热处理规范：热加工温度900～1050℃;退火温度500～700℃;冷作硬化铜的再结晶开始温度200～300℃。
