（二）金属剪切机工作原理
接通电源启动电机油泵，各换向阀处于初始位置（即阀芯没有换向），油泵在溢流阀调定压力下空负载运转。按压剪切按钮，高压油在系统调定压力下，经过电液换向阀分别进入剪切油缸和压料油缸后腔，推动活塞前进，刀架和压料板分别在剪切缸和压料缸驱动绕力架轴和压料板销轴运动，
完成压料和剪切动作；按压剪切回程按钮，压力油进入油缸前腔，则剪切缸和压料缸分别回程，完成剪切回程和压料松开动作。
