概述
齿轮箱承受来自风轮的作用力和齿轮传动时产生的反力,必须具有足够的刚性去承受力和力矩的作用,防止变形,保证传动质量。齿轮箱箱体的设计应按照风电机组动力传动的布局安排、加工和装配条件、便于检查和维护等要求来进行。随着齿轮箱行业的不断飞速发展,越来越多的行业和不同的企业都运用到了齿轮箱,也有越来越多的企业在齿轮箱行业内发展壮大
齿轮箱根据单元结构模块化设计原理,大大的减少了零部件种类,适合大规模生产及灵活多变的选型。减速器螺旋锥齿轮、斜齿轮均采用X质合金钢渗碳淬火,齿面硬度高达60±2HRC,齿面磨削精度高达5-6X。传动部位轴承均选用国内X品牌轴承或进口轴承,密封件选用骨架油封;吸音箱体结构、较大的箱体表面积和大风扇;使整机的温升、噪音降低,运转的可靠性得到提高,传递功率增大。可实现平行轴、直交轴、立式、卧式通用箱体,输入方式有电机联接法兰、轴输入;输出轴可直角或水平输出,备有实心轴和空心轴、法兰盘式输出轴。使齿轮箱满足狭小空间的安装要求,也可按客户需求供货。其体积比软齿减速箱小1/2,重量减轻一半,使用寿命提高3~4倍,承载能力提高8~10倍。广泛应用于印刷包装机械、立体车库设备、环保机械、输送设备、化工设备、冶金矿山设备、钢铁电力设备、搅拌设备、筑路机械、制糖工业、风力发电、扶梯电梯驱动、船舶X域、轻工X域、造纸X域、冶金行业、污水处理、建材行业、起重机械、输送线、流水线等大功率,大速比,高扭矩的场合。具有良好性价比、有利于国产化设备的配套。
常用的齿轮箱润滑方式有齿轮油润滑,半流体润滑脂润滑,固体润滑剂润滑几种方式。对于密封比较好,转速较高,负荷大,封闭性能好的可以使用齿轮油润滑;对于密封性不好,转速较低的可以使用半流体润滑脂润滑;对于禁油场合或高温场合可以使用二硫化钼X微粉润滑。
