Product features: Pipeline pump is vertical structure, with the same import and export caliber, and located in the same central line. It can be installed in the pipeline like a valve, with installation foot, which increases the stability of the pump, compact and beautiful shape, small occupation area and low construction investment. The impeller is directly installed on the lengthened shaft of the motor. Its axial dimension is short and its structure is compact. The reasonable configuration of the pump and the motor bearings can effectively balance the radial and axial loads generated by the operation of the pump, thus ensuring the smooth operation of the pump and low vibration noise. Shaft seals adopt mechanical seals or mechanical seals combination, imported titanium alloy seals, medium-sized high-temperature resistant mechanical seals and cemented carbide materials, wear-resistant seals, which can effectively increase the service life of mechanical seals. Installation and maintenance are convenient, without removing the pipeline system, all the rotor components can be extracted by removing the pump nut. Series and parallel operation of pumps can be adopted according to the requirements of operation, i.e. flow rate and head. The pump can be installed vertically and horizontally according to the requirements of pipeline layout.
属立式结构，因其进出口在同一直线上，且进出口口径相同，仿似一段管道，可安装在管道的任何位置故取名为管道泵(又名增压泵)。 结构特点:为单吸单X离心泵，进出口相同并在同一直线上，和轴中心线成直交，为立式泵。
4. Clean mechanical oil should be coated on the surface contacted with the seal during installation so as to install smoothly. 5. When installing the static ring cover, the screw must be tightened uniformly to ensure the vertical requirement between the end face of the static ring and the axis line. 6. 1、热水管道泵供输送清水及物理化学性质类似于清水的其他之用，热水管道泵适用于工业和城市给排水、高层建筑增压送水、园林喷灌、消防增压、远距离输送、暖通制冷循环、等冷暖水循环增压及设备配套，使用温度T<80℃。
二次循环泵@禹王台区二次循环泵@二次循环泵安装于管路之中 广泛适用于：能源、冶金、化工、纺织、造纸，以及宾馆饭店等锅炉高水增压循环输送及城市采用暖循环用泵，IRG型使用温度T<120℃，珀GRG型使用温度T<240℃。
3、IHG型立式管道化工泵，供输送不含固体颗粒，具有腐蚀性，粘度类似于水的，适用于石油、化工、冶金、电力、造纸、食品制药使用温度为20℃~+120℃。
