渣浆泵从物理学原理上讲归于离心泵的一种，从概念上讲指经过凭借离心力（泵的叶轮的）的效果使固、液混合介质能量添加的一种机械，将电能转换成介质的动能和势能的设备。式渣浆泵的名称是从运送介质的视点来区分的一种离心泵。渣浆泵以及泵壳水平中开/笔直结合等型式，其根本结构由叶轮、泵壳、泵轴、轴承及托架组成，动力还包含电动机，对轮或胶带轮联轴器等，耐磨件还包含衬板轴套等，封、副叶轮等，支撑件包含支架等，但内部原理是共同的，当叶轮快速时，叶片促进介质很快，着的介质在离心力的效果下从叶轮中飞出，泵内的介质被抛出后，构成真空区域，介质在大气压力（或水压）的效果下经过管网压到了进料管内。这样循环不已。
一、ZJ渣浆泵概述

二、ZJ渣浆泵的用途和适用范围
渣浆泵系列在水力设计、结构设计以及所用耐磨材料上，综合应用了同类产品的X点并加以创新，具有节能、振动小、噪声低、运行可靠、使用寿命长、方便等特点，渣浆泵的综合性能居国内水平，大部分泵的效率指标居X水平。可广泛用于电力、冶金、煤炭、建材等行业输送含有固体颗粒的浆体。如火电厂水力除灰、冶金选矿厂矿浆输送、洗煤厂煤浆及重介输送等。其允许输送的浆体重量浓度Cw为：灰（渣）浆和煤浆45%；矿浆和重介60%。

选定了一个由铁液直浇道再经横浇道后由侧冒口引入铸件的浇注，侧冒口压力角≥10°，高度取300mm。浇注温度控制在1370～1390℃，浇注重量约为250kg，浇注后48h后打箱。铸件清理去冒口及披缝后进行淬火+回火。断裂原因分析通常铸件断裂原因主要有铁液化学成分X标和铸造缺陷。取断裂护板试样进行化学成分检验，经查化学成分合格，wP≤0.06﹪、wS≤0.06﹪，wSi≤1.0﹪，均在合格范围内，排除了成分原因。那么初步判断铸造缺陷是造成前护板断裂的主要原因。铸件内部气缩孔严重影响铸件内在，从而造成使用寿命，对此我们深入剖析原因。（1）前护板口底部属热节部位，侧冒口距口底部较远。
三、从近几年来泵站的运行情况看，ZJ渣浆泵有以下X点：
1、ZJ渣浆泵效率高，节电效果明显。泵站运行电流平均下降30A，效率指标高出国内同类及国外相应泵2-10个百分点。
2、ZJ渣浆泵过流部件寿命长。一般能连续运行3000-4000小时，其寿命是12P-7型泵的5倍以上。
3、ZJ渣浆泵运行平稳、振动小、噪音低、了泵站的工作。
4、ZJ渣浆泵轴承箱结构合理，密封好，运行温度低。轴承使用寿命是12P-7型泵使用326轴承的9倍以上。
5、渣浆泵过流部件设计合理，拆卸方便。ZL型渣浆泵是节能降耗，效益的好产品，建议广泛推广。

ZJ渣浆泵简介
泵体泵盖及过流部件：该系列泵为、垂直中形式、双泵壳结构渣浆泵。泵体和泵盖带有可更换的金属内衬，内衬材质为高铬耐磨合金材料，内衬可一直用到磨穿为止，周期，运行成本。泵的出口方向可按8个角度安装。
轴承组件：泵的轴承组件采用圆筒式结构，便于叶轮与前护板的间隙，时可整体拆出。轴承采用油脂。
