夏季加(HL46)液压油。渣浆泵连续运行(800)小时后应更换轴承油一次。在启动渣浆泵时，出口闸阀应(关闭或微开1/4)。渣浆泵在启运前应展开泵进口阀，关闭泵出口阀。而后启动泵，泵启动后再慢慢开动泵出口阀，泵出口阀开的大小与快慢，应以泵不振动和电机不X额定电流来。两X串联泵的次X泵轴封形式为(填料密封)，串联用泵的启动，亦遵循上述。只是在开启一X泵后，潜水渣浆泵，即可将末X泵的出口阀门找开一点(开的大小以一X泵电机电流为额定电流的1/4为宜)，而后即可相继启动二X直到末X泵，串联泵全部启动后，即可逐渐开大末X泵的出口阀门，阀门开的大小快慢，应以泵不振动和任一X泵电机都不X额定电流来。
