YW液下式污水泵使用及注意事项：1.接泵出液口之管路.应另设支架.不允许将其重量加于泵体上。2.水泵在无特殊情况必须配备全自动水泵控制柜.切勿直接挂电网或使用闸刀开关来接通电流.确保水泵正常运行.3.泵使用前应仔细检査泵和电机有无损伤.检査紧固件紧固情况。

结构特点说明
1、采用X特的双流道无堵塞叶轮结构，污水物的过流能力和排污能力wjhuiquan4.6
2、YW液下泵的自动搅拌装置随泵轴高速，产生X的搅拌力，将池内的沉淀物搅拌成悬浮物后叶轮，达到自己动清淤的作用。
3、YW液下泵用隔板将底座一分为二，使搅拌与进水互不影响。
4、液下泵的自动切割装置随泵轴高速，叶轮进口处用特殊材质制成的锋利割刀将吸向叶轮的大颗粒或纤维物切碎后叶轮,,增强了无堵塞性能。
5、泵机组采用双端面机械密封，长期处于油室中，保证水泵可可靠的运行。
6、副叶轮结构的流体动力密封，既有辅助密封作用，从而保护机械密封；又平衡轴向力，轴承的使用寿命。
7、泵机组为立式结构、结构紧凑、安装方便、工作时泵体置于水中，容易起动，可根据用户需要配备液位自动控制柜，根据所需要液位的变化自动控制泵机组的起动和停止，不需专人看管，使用极为方便。
8、泵机组有单管和双管两种结构，分别采用圆板和方板两种安装，也可按客户要求生产。
