细砂回收机的结构部件及工作1、细砂回收机设计合理，使用方便，主要有以下结构部件：由电机、真空高压泵、泥沙分离器、TS脱水筛、清洗槽、返料箱。
AH型泵为悬臂、离心渣浆泵。适用于冶金、矿山、煤炭、电力、建材等工业部门输送强磨蚀、高浓度渣浆。该类型泵也可以多X串联使用。
M、AH、HH型泵的泵体具有可更换的耐磨金属内衬或橡胶内衬，叶轮采用耐磨金属或橡胶材料。
AH型渣浆泵简介
泵体泵盖及过流部件：该系列泵为、垂直中形式、双泵壳结构渣浆泵。泵体和泵盖带有可更换的金属内衬，内衬材质为高铬耐磨合金材料，内衬可一直用到磨穿为止，维修周期，运行成本。泵的出口方向可按8个角度安装。
轴承组件：泵的轴承组件采用圆筒式结构，便于叶轮与前护板的间隙，维修时可整体拆出。轴承采用油脂。
轴封（密封）：泵的轴封型式有填料密封、付叶轮密封、 机械密封。
传动：有V型三角带传动、弹性联轴传动、齿轮减速箱传动、液力偶合器传动、变频驱动装置、可控硅调速等。其中V型三角带传动有 CL、CV、CR、ZL、ZV、ZR传动。
整体性能：泵的性能范围宽、汽蚀性能好、效率高。可采用多X串联技术，以远距离输送。过流部件有多种金属可供选用，并且深度。 采用多种速度和多种变型，使得泵在工矿下运行。使用寿命长，运行效益高，能多类恶劣的输送条件。

定期调填料压盖，检查填料并定期更换填料，轴承水压，轴封水量应符合上述要求。装有油杯的副叶轮轴封泵应定期用油杯注油，以内部的填料或唇口密封圈。就必须及时叶轮与前护板的间隙，金属内衬泵叶轮与前护板间隙应在0.5mm～1mm之间，橡胶内衬泵叶轮与前后护套之间的间隙要相等。调节叶轮间隙时X先停泵，松开压紧轴承组件的螺栓，拧螺栓上的螺母，使轴承组件向前；同时用手转动轴按泵转动方向，直到叶轮与前护板为止；对于金属内衬泵则将前面刚拧紧的螺母放松半圈。再将螺栓上面的螺母拧紧，使轴承组件后移。(2)叶轮的调节。为了保证泵运转此时叶轮与前护板阔隙在0.5mm～1mm之间；对于橡胶内衬泵则通过拧螺栓上的螺母。
渣浆泵工作原理
