50CrVA基本信息
50CrVA有良好的力学性能和工艺性能,淬透性较高,加入钒使钢的晶粒细化,降低过热敏感性,提高了强度和韧性,具有高的疲劳强度,屈服比也较高
但焊接性差,冷因变形塑性低。是一种较高X弹簧,用作较大截面的高负荷重要弹簧及工作温度<300 ℃的阀门弹簧、活塞弹簧、安全阀弹簧。一般,板材供货规格为1.5~10.0MM之间,多退火状态,10~30毫米以上多为不退火状态,市场上现货较少,故常需要订期货。钢卷为热轧状态,采用球化退火减低硬度以便为进一步加工创造条件。重庆特钢出厂50CrVA一般都是退火板,省去了再退火的处理。
中碳合金弹簧钢,钢的X终热处理为淬火、回火,该钢在热处理后具有较好的韧性,高的比例极限和强度极限,具有高的疲劳强度,与65Si2MnWA的淬透性相类似,具有高的淬透性,较低的过热敏感性;零件使用温度在300℃时,其弹性仍可保持。钢的切削加工性能尚好,但冷变形时塑性低,焊接性较差。

热处理规范及金相组织
热处理规范:热轧钢材以热处理或不热处理状态交货,冷拉钢材以退火状态交货。
金相组织:淬火850℃±20℃,油冷; 回火500℃±50℃(特殊需要时,±30℃),组织为回火托氏体或托氏体和索氏体的混合组织。
临界点温度(近似值)Ac1=752℃,Ac3=788℃,Ar3=746℃,Ar1=688℃。
调质处理规范:淬火温度860-880℃,油冷却;回火温度500±10℃,水、油冷却。
